No reversal 2/4 unless POTUS announces the end of the government shutdown tonight at 9PM. According to NPR, the Judicary runs out of funds 1/11. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will shut its doors this Friday at the close of business and not reopen Monday morning unless funded. Sorry to be the skunk at the party.
