Not sure exactly which process you're referencing...so I'll just wing it & talk about both...since the DE debt is paid.
My question is: does the re-domicile to CO paperwork come before the share reduction...or visa versa...? He may want to do shares 1st so he can submit whatever articles of corporation are needed concerning the AS/OS...& doesn't have to pay additional fees to change them shortly thereafter. I'm not smart enough to know exactly how all that works...so anyone that does...please chime in.
