since the latest well will be monitored for water purposes and since the shallowest 2 zones have low salinity,and since sea of galilee is at a very low point and thus israel is not drawing much water from such,until isarels desalination plants are able to replenish the 'sea' ca planned for 2030,israel could use all the low saline water it can find in that area
