"No additional compensation" for Bertolino for being on the board. This means that the company now saves whatever it was that Tobin was getting, which I think was options but I didn't check to be sure.

And yes, looks like they are getting ready for the board to possibly add someone from a partnering entity (or, from the family office). Bertolino may be a place-holder at the moment.
