I don't disagree the share price should be higher ..s/b in the .01-.02 range right now IMO. I'm just saying I don't think the share reduction will be the catalyst.
And yes I don't think they should be doing a buyback right now, they need to figure out collections first. But IF the revs and profits come in as expected he should do it then, later this year or next would be fine.
