Thinking the article about OM was written for a reason and I'd expect an investment close to if not exceeding the investment in the private company. They got $250 mil for just OM, I'm expecting $300 or more for OM and UC. I think that is lower than what we could get if we were negotiating from a strong financial standpoint IMO. If we were more financially sound, we would probably be looking at $500 mil upfront for both based on the Phase 2 data.
