SEC now charging Lisa Foley - concerning.
The SEC has also served David Foley's wife Lisa with a Wells notice and intent to file charges against her for illegal sale of NTEK and NTGL stock.
Perhaps she shouldn't have assumed forming Royal Capital Group in South Dakota would go unnoticed. And certainly naming herself President and Secretary of Royal Capital Group wasn't very smart.
