The FDA WILL NOT affect the Mexican deal. History has shown that they don't stop the export of even highly dangerous substances that are completely illegal in the U.S.
While George H.W. Bush was still in office, they made themselves out to be heroes when they banned the sale of various pesticides in the U.S. because they were clinically proven to be highly carcinogenic.
What people didn't realize at the time was that George H.W. Bush was heavily invested in the chemical companies producing those pesticides.
No surprise that what wasn't banned was the sale of those pesticides to farmers outside the U.S. that were supplying a huge amount of our fruit and vegetables during winter months. So, we were still exposed to the cancer causing shit after all. So much for the heroes.
Anyhow, CBD has been clinically proven to be extremely good for humans, so it won't be long before the U.S. fully approves of it as a food additive, even if the FDA hasn't verified any claims, just as with most vitamin supplements.
