Most don’t know what MFA OOBA is let alone that there is a patent for it and who owns it. I believe a large portion of infringing parties have no clue either and will be enlightened when they are served papers to pay up. Several may choose to close their doors and not pay up as the amount may be more than they can or are willing to pay. Nonetheless a true valuation of our company IMO should be staggering compared to where we are now after the appeal. Bring on the list of possible suitors for a buyout I say as they will be able to recover their investment through future litigation. Both purchase price and recovered funds should be high.
