That is a seriously naive opinion. Let's settle a few points in advance:
first, don't imply that anyone knew about either the investigation or the charges against David or NTEK before they were posted here or elsewhere - that is a serious misunderstanding of how the SEC operates in the real world.
second, the market makers (computers) were not, have not and are not working in tandem with the SEC to "prevent funding." If you believe that insanity is actually the truth, feel free to email the SEC attorney who listed her email on the official letters sent to David and his wife.
