ORDER REGARDING CONTINUED COURT OPERATIONS DURING PARTIAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN
In light of the continued lapse in appropriations for a portion of the federal government, the court has issued an order providing for the continuation of court operations, including arguments scheduled during the January 2019 court sitting. As a reminder of the court’s holiday closing schedule, the Federal Circuit previously announced it would be closed on December 31, 2018, and January 1, 2019.
