FYI to the Board .... The odds of a reversal are very much in StrikeForce's favor ... especially since the filing by Ropes and Gray of a "Supplemental Authority" showing that the Federal Appeals Court (The Very Same One that they are in) Ruled in a mirror case to the one they have Appealed. To not rule in StrikeForce's favor would certainly open the way for Knobbe Martens to reopen the case they just lost which is the mirrored case referenced here.
