If the marketing/sales staffer Mark hired last year doesn't positively affect the Q-1 fins I will be sorely disappointed! I will want to know the reasons why & just what they have been doing since hire? Sales reps are held accountable for repeat bad qtrs. One may be an anomaly and tolerated by management. The next may see a rep replaced according to a family member currently working in sales. It's a cut throat business.
