OJ, you won't need to purchase it if you have shares of GNBT on the ex-date day. Per the PR this morning, it will be a spin-out, therefore, if you own a share of GNBT, you will get some percentage of a share of the new stock. That percentage hasn't been set yet, nor has the date.

This was just an announcement that Joe is doing the groundwork to make this happen. I believe it is an attempt to unlock some value for AE37, but maybe there are other forces at work as well.
