mgmt's silence is telling imo in that it defies prior years' of behavior by RH
so why now ..
clearly if PTOI *volume* for YTD 2018 remains in 2017's YTD range of 13M and change
very little has changed respective to actual P2O investors .. vs those who play them on various SMBs
that may change going forward .. but currently MM decoy in play ..
