Also keep in mind there are those who sold for tax purposes and will want to buy back in at the same price if possible and are probably actively trying to keep the PPS down for that purpose. Not to mention the holidays are an expensive time of year and may take a paycheck or two to get caught up and have extra to throw at the stocks.
It has been stated many times we need buying pressure up and the only ones accommodating that are the shorters and the MM's right now and until that changes this is what we can expect. This is not meant to minimalize the efforts of those trying to raise the PPS. The year has just begun and is only going to get better. lol
