Definitely prearranged imo. CDEL has been working both sides of the box for the last few days making sure to convert those shares in the .00251 price range as best they could.
If CDEL backs off and moves down to higher prices and stays there, they may be done at least for the day. I wouldn't be surprised to see another trade go through after close. If it is SB selling his allowed quarterly allowance glad he's doing it now to get it out of the way before we test .0038 again. He shouldn't have much more maybe another 10 mill or so but that's just a guess.
