Good question, DJ. I'll bet he's close. He can only sell up to 1% of the O/S per quarter, so... up to about 45M shares. Looking at the AVG trades and T-trades over the past few days, and then add the bid dumps - and he's got to be well over half-way there.

So - anyone wants cheap shares, this is the time to do it. Not that many left. I'm getting mine (not just scraps EOD, lol).
