Yes they are. It interesting at the moment on L2, there is a :
small ASK at .0116 with size of 63,656 with the next higher ASK @ .0123 for 10,000 by NITE .. i.e. very light overhead resistance.
When the 63656 is bought up, we will jump back to .0123. I have witnessed a similar scenario.
...until they pull it down again. we'll see.
