Where in your link does it say no decision rendered immediately?
I can assure you there is an expectation that a decision could be made on that day or shortly thereafter
Having read some recent appeal court decisions , some have been posted here on the hangout by zpaul and others , they are not that complicated some a very few pages perhaps dictated, SFORs case is not that technical nor complicated.
It could be decided on either Precedent, SCOTUS, PTAB not much to debate or argue. The court could crank out a decision pretty quick this isnt their first rodeo. They could probably use the wording from the ancora case as its felt that is the same exact case as SFORs per Ropes and Grey. A clerk can cut and paste the ref cases, and the judges decision , its what they do.
At this point, I will agree to disagree with you that the case could be decided the same day haven't read it could not, if I am wrong it should be a quick decision a matter of days and you are right and I will start the wave in your praise!
