Unfortunately all directors and former directors tend to go silent and contribute to the darkness. Director Mr. Brain was an avid poster here before he went silent. My guess is that Mr. Heddle convinced Mr. Brain that he was at great risk of liability if he continued posting and Mr. Brain complied.
It's too bad because it would be interesting to know what exactly went through Mr. Brain's head when he decided to indirectly pay some of Mr. Heddle's compensation. It would also be interesting to know if Mr. Brain is starting to figure out that he was swindled or if he's still blissfully unaware.
I'm sure by now Mr. Brain knows his chances of getting his loan paid back are slim and he can't blame naked short sellers and evil entities so I wonder whom or what he's blaming. I suppose it's possible that Mr. Brain believes that the 4% interest rate fully compensates him for the risk he is taking.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
