With your apparent inside knowledge, you have not revealed the price per share for the $10 million in stock value Sound Concepts is willing to sign off on for the purchase of Sound Concepts. I believe Rory will be aware of nFusz inc.'s future and close the buyout at a reasonable price per share for Sound Concepts $10 million in stock value.
