$10 million in stock at $0.33 is 30.3 million shares, far more than we can do without a reverse split. If they took the $15 million in cash also, they could purchase 45.4 million shares at $0.33. This would give them 75.7 million shares, far more than Rory has at the present time. Sound Concepts has a viable business, but nothing like nFusz, Inc., which will skyrocket over the next 5 years.
I believe Rory will complete the merger with Sound Concepts if all parties see the real future.
