Do you honestly think a deal of this magnitude would progress this far without exclusive bottling arrangements?
I was told quite some time ago that this type of arrangement had been made due to the volume required to full the anticipated demand.
They didn't share all of the details, and most likely had very good reason not to. They won't always tell you every little detail of everything they're doing just to prevent you from being "concerned".
Nobody involved with this deal would be foolish enough to enter into such an arrangement all willy-nilly, especially not a company the size of RCH or it's primary subsidiaries, and especially not after spending an entire year hammering out the details with COFEPRIS.
