the alleged promo was March 2010-and a good chart posted on ihub for then shows price from ca .0025 to .0035.  Govt -pretending to be a promoter -bought $1472 of stock -500000 shares at .0029 and .0030-on March 8 2010-which only had a very short-lived effect on pps-and according to the complaint the promo was to last 1 month and raise pps to teens(11-19 cents)at which time Bob was supposedly going to issue shares- the "ill gotten gains" which never occurred. I'm aware of very fraudulent pennystocks faking every PR- issuing repeated PR's about supposed acquisitions-which are always cancelled later and such co's keep r/s ing-and yet nothing is done about them-
