How silly. There is no reason for him to meet with NASDAQ because with stock at this level there would have to be a reverse split to qualify for uplisting, and Mr. Ehrlich has made it clear on many occasions that there will NOT be a reverse split.

The shorts would love a reverse split because it makes it easier for them to short again. That is why an astute CEO like Mr. Ehlich will not do it.
