This is a reminder that the new scheduling conflicts procedure takes effect today, January 2, 2019. Updated versions of the Guide to Oral Argument and the Response to Notice to Advise of Scheduling Conflicts form are available on our website. Counsel should begin using this new form when advising the court of scheduling conflicts. For more information on the revised procedure, see our December 10, 2018 notice.
