I have not seen any signed contracts filed with the SEC. If both parties agree, this would not be reneging. I expect the Sound Concepts investors to be involved with the combined companies for many years. With Rory's approval this would raise the capital for growth and buy Sound Concepts without doing a reverse split and still have 5 million shares to sell at a later date when the price of FUSZ is not undervalued.
I do not know what Rory and Sound Concepts will have in their signed contracts, but feel the combination of the two companies will be great if brought to fruition.
