While it's a great suggestion and could have been (maybe it was) a great negotiation tactic, the timing for it was 6 months ago in June-July'18. We don't know but maybe this was brought up at that time but I think SC may have had a slight upper hand at that time. It's all one team now and as you know 1+1=7
