Rory has said they are already integrating their services. In fact, they have been closing deals together.
Their financials are now intergrated and running on Oracle Netsuite financial services.
And what you are proposing is for for Rory to renege on the contract they have already agreed upon and signed only to try and force Sound Concepts who originally wasn't even interested in selling their business into a "new and improved deal" where they are given warrants for years down the line rather than cash up front?
That is your suggestion right?
