It looks like based on the current PR, we are getting 46.5 cents per can. So here's a breakdown of the revenue that we can get at different production points:
10 million cans = $4,650,000
20 million cans = $9,300,000
40 million cans = $18,600,000
80 million cans = $37,200,000
100 million cans =$46,500,000
They key question is what is the gross profit? What are the cost of goods sold? If we sell for 46.5 cents a can but it cost us 40 cents to make it, then 20 million cans comes to $1,300,000 gross profit.
