Interesting but if Marimed is buying or is the major player in a reverse merger they would be responsible for the filings (acquiring company) a super 8K would be filed soon after.... if UNVC is the acquirer they would be responsible for filings. Very complex and exciting. My gut is this will be bigger than we have ever imagined. Literally you could have 4 companies that could roll into one.... Marimed/UNVC/SATIVEO/AGRIMED and or a variation of the 4 four
