Thanks for the reply and detailed info. I appreciate it. Sorry, but I have read all the filings, listened to the call and reread the transcript, and did not read or hear much of what you relayed. I also read the info that is available online about Alpha. The way you explain it is not on record that I read. I never implied GNBT had done anything inappropriate. Thanks for the education. As I learn more about investing the more I realize I don't know the intricacies of what takes place in some of these situations. Thanks again for responding.
