B -OM has a clear Present Valuation, so a negotiation with a BP wouldn’t take too long. It’s the other indications that would take some more time like B-UP. More so in a buyout scenario, which I believe will be the outcome. It’s not like at this point IPIX has anything unique that would require a BP to need them. A BP wants B free and clear IMO.
