"On November 27, 2018, the Company confidentially filed a Regulation A+ offering (the “Reg A”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to raise a maximum of $20,000,000 in common stock at a fixed price of between $0.01 and $1 per share. The Company received comments on the Reg A from the SEC on December 21st, 2018. The Company expects to respond to those comments early in the first quarter of 2019. The final per share price of the Reg A offering will be determined by Amarantus management immediately prior to the offering becoming qualified and open for investment."
