Northstone Power Corp. Announces Completion of Issuer Bid
CALGARY, Alberta, Dec. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northstone Power Corp. (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it completed its issuer bid on December 27, 2018. 67,467,544 common shares were deposited and taken-up, reducing the amount of common shares outstanding from 521,511,162 to 454,043,618.
The Corporation is an Alberta-based independent power producer with a natural gas plant located near Elmworth, Alberta.
