My summary of a few things. The elto section prior now has reverted back to Hong Kong IPO only rather than the hkor nyse IPO language. And two, they god dang better IPO before April 26 or this entire plan is pointless and also the requirement to raise 6m for elto although I guess that can come from their reg d... Ideally they need to IPO before we reg a+ so we have some legit meat on the bone.
