PRs are expensive...I get that...& they don't all have to go out over the traditional newswires...sometimes, just OTC news & ihub news will get to a very high percentage of your investors...(and to be honest...not only placate them...but generally create share price increase). IMO...this one was worthy of the above 2 outlets, at the least...when fully completed...the above 2 & the national newswires. When we eventually move up to "reporting status"...I believe we will be required to put out 8-Ks for material events...which, I believe, don't have to be accompanied by a press release...not exactly sure of this expense & dissemination...maybe you know. If good news doesn't move the market...fine...I would just like to see good news reach more than 1k twitter followers...& not get lost in confusion & the fog of FUD.

As you already know..."an 8-K is a report of unscheduled material events or corporate changes at a company that could be of importance to the shareholders or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)."
