the answer is like this.
it took a year to negotiate it down to $2000.
the next step , was to get miles out of it.
like when i was a kid .my neighbors wife started working for govt.so the first day she worked like crazy filing everything..the workers said..take it easy.,,,,the work we gave you ,is to last the whole week ..not half a day.
moral is
drag it out .you cant say .hey i am paying $2000 .stock wont go up. the way steve did it .is he made believe he is paying big debt ...dragged it out 2 weeks ..driving stock price up.
same with pl deal...drag it out .move STOCK up..tease it up.take that one pr and make it last half a year
