All in, the improvements, including the caliche haul road, fencing, easement, etc. MMEX made to the Pecos County site are roughly $216K - this is documented in MMEX’s SEC filings, including the 10-Q, available to anyone who can read a balance sheet.
The ZR claim of a “$1-million road” is blatantly false.
There is no evidence of any ongoing site improvement, no activity at the MMEX site, no new easement filings with the Pecos County Clerk, and no new funding. All of that is publicly available information.
MMEX advocates continue making false claims and statements, which fail to advance the case for MMEX, instead these false claims further damage any shred of credibility MMEX might otherwise have. This is the nature of OTC share-selling scams like MMEX.
