I hope our CEO reads the following:
For something like the Delaware taxes payoff, I believe it is imperative PROOF be shown... please. This is something that needs to be OFFICIALLY done so proof is a must and should be easy to attain and show... either by the payee or DE on their site. They say payment shows up immediately.
