Remember DE settled also triggers AUDIT back on track and
I'm sure SB will officially announce that SOON too probably
after the 1.4B reduce likely sometime in early JAN.
Then once we're above .01 sometime in 2019 we can
qualify for UPLIST to OTCQB with AUDIT complete !!
