Yes, 2/4 is oral arguements day. However, our conservative CEO mentioned a decision could take up to "two months". Many of us believe, based on the strength of the R&G case, it will be sooner. But none of us know for sure! The only thing we do know, is what we own. That gives me patience for the grist wheels of justice to grind the SA defense into dust, however long they take. A month or two more of waiting does not matter to me knowing that overwhelming victory will ensure the validity of our IP for the forseeable future.
