Many of us were expecting three significant announcements by year-end. From my experience the smart money has some inkling of what is coming so this decline is not a good sign. However, there are buyers at these prices and volume is well over what has become the norm. We fell below the 52 week low today but I have a hunch there will be a rally late this afternoon and tomorrow.
