You might be onto something. Over 6 million shares traded this morning on multiple purchases, and all are at .0002. Someone thinks it is worth the effort. I have yet to see a single bit of information though.

I wonder how Gurba's lawsuits are working out. Nothing is going to get done till he is clear of litigation. Could be a while?
