Well said buddy. This is an awesome opportunity to buy. Like Warren Buffet says, buy when there's blood in the streets.

I've heard some foolish replies to my applying it to this stock, by bashers mostly, as they love to point out that Buffet isn't referring to penny stocks.

Just because he doesn't need to raise his risk factor due to the sheer size of his investment capital doesn't mean the principle can't be applied.

IMHO, you can apply the strategy to any oversold stock with major upside, even if only the bounce-back is being considered.

In the case of this stock, there is WAY more than bounce-back looming. WAY MORE!! We're talking major upside here, and when you're not risking hundreds of millions, then his strategy DEFINITELY applies to an opportunity like this one.

If the man were in the same financial situation that most of us working class investors are in, I'm sure that penny stock start ups with huge growth potential would be included in his investment mix.

All it takes is the right one at the right time with enough invested, and you're on your way.
