I was in CCME (China Media Express) and had done very well flipping it for well over a year, but I got caught when trading was halted on a Friday with the 10K due on Monday! Deloitte who had done the 2009 audit refused to sign off on the 2010. And CCME was the darling of the NASDAQ with IBD adding it to its list of the 10 best growing companies! It dropped from the mid teens to $3 when it finally opened to trade! UGLY!
