I checked updates to concession titles just now and all of them except 221732 have been updated on December 13th 2018. I read that "JUNTA ESPECIAL NÚMERO DIECIOCHO DE LA FEDERAL DE CONCILIACION Y ARBITRAJE" was added in the concession titles. This means that there's a committee doing mediation between parties. This could come to an end when this committee finally solves these concession title disputes.
