Compensation is always an issue when times are tough. And I don’t wholly disagree. You would think that the executives who hold millions of shares would ar some point forego some salary in lieu of more shares to help the company avoid undesirable financings. Would certainly show confidence in the company ...but, again, it’s always an issue.
