In August 2018, the Company entered into a contract to sell a 3.6-acre parcel of undeveloped land that is part of the 6.4 total acres of land comprising its headquarters facility in New Jersey.
That still leaves them 2.8 acres of land to develop. Of cell goes through they'll have 1.3 million dollars to put towards Manufacturing.
